Instructions for Ordering:

 

Resale Disclosure Packages and Condo Questionnaires may now be ordered online from HomeWiseDocs at www.homewisedocs.com

Simply register and log on and search under VA for Huntley PUD Property Owners Association.  

 

Resale Packet fees may be paid when placing the order or marked to pay at closing. Fees are due no later than 60 days post closing. If paying at closing, please be sure to forward this expense to the closing agent and instruct payment to be mailed to Cathcart Property Management, 200 Reserve Blvd, Ste#200, Charlottesville, VA 22901.  Any unpaid fees associated with the resale packet/disclosure packet will be posted to the unit account.   

 

All fees are in accordance with the Virginia Condominium Act.
