ATTENTION HUNTLEY HOMEOWNERS Huntley Landscaping Policies for Private Lots On behalf of the Board of Directors of Huntley PUD Property Owners Association, Cathcart Property Management would like to take this time to respond to the recent inquiries from owners regarding the landscaping services provided by the HOA. The Board of Directors hired a new landscaping company for 2023. The new company is BrightView Landscape Services. Cathcart Property Management, BrightView, and the Developer/Board met to review the services going forward. We appreciate all owners’ compliance and assistance with the effort to maintain the uniformity and beauty of the landscaping in the Huntley neighborhood. Huntley Landscape Services Provided
Lawn Maintenance Lawn/Turf Mowing of individual homes will be conducted by Brightview Landscaping. Brightview will be mowing lawns every other week during the growing season. If necessary, owners should plan to keep pets inside on those days. Please note: Owners may not opt out of the lawn maintenance part of the landscaping contract.
Pruning Services Pruning Services are scheduled to be done twice a year. Pruning services are only done in the common areas and the front and upper sides of homes. there is no pruning services done in the back yards of homes. Pruning service does not include pruning of plantings installed by homeowners, flowering shrubs, ornamental trees, perennial beds, etc. Herbicide Herbicide treatment services in individual home lots was discontinued. Owners should submit a landscaping plan application to the Huntley ACC for approval before planting or adding improvements to your home lot.
It has become extremely important that Cathcart Property Management have an email address for all owners, so that the landscaping company can keep you updated on services. If you have not already done so, please provide us with a current email address as soon as possible. We appreciate all owners assistance with keeping Huntley a beautiful neighborhood.
