Mailboxes: Homeowners who prefer to have a locking mailbox may install a mailbox at their own expense.
Specifications required:
Color: Black
Type: Post Mount/Board Mount
Style: Arched Metal
Size: Same, or as close to same, measurements as current mailbox
The current boxes are 6.5"W x 9"H X 19"L.

This is a sample of the type that will be approved.
Owners are responsible for ensuring the measurements of the replacement mailbox are as close to the existing mailbox and can be installed without damaging existing structure.
